OMNIVITY

Omnivity Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Last updated: 1 November 2026

These Terms are a contract between you and OmniGrowth OÜ, the company that provides Omnivity. Please read them, especially Section 2 (Health and safety), Section 18 (Limitation of liability) and Section 20 (Disputes). If you live in the United States, Section 20.1 contains an arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affects how disputes are resolved, and explains how you can opt out.

The short version (this summary is not a substitute for the Terms):

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

1.1 Provider. Omnivity is provided by OmniGrowth OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17349965, registered address Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia) ("OmniGrowth", "we", "us").

1.2 Contact. Support: support@getomnivity.com · Privacy: privacy@getomnivity.com · Legal notices: legal@getomnivity.com · Telephone: +90 538 545 65 05.

1.3 The Services. These Terms apply to the Omnivity mobile app, the website getomnivity.com, and any feature, content or service we offer through them (together, the "Services"), including Vita, the AI coach in Omnivity.

1.4 Related documents. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. The Health Data Consent explains the consent you give for your health data. If you live in Washington, Nevada or Connecticut, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy also applies to your data. These documents are not part of this contract: they inform you about how we process data, and your health data consent is separate from these Terms and can be withdrawn at any time. If you live in Türkiye, the Turkish version of these Terms applies as described in Sections 21.5 and 22.6.

1.5 Accepting these Terms. You accept these Terms by ticking the box when you create an account. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Health and safety — please read

2.1 Wellness, not medical care. Omnivity helps you log food and workouts, set nutrition targets, follow training programs and understand your habits. Omnivity, Vita and every target, program, estimate, explanation or suggestion in the Services are for general wellness and information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a doctor, registered dietitian, physical therapist or other licensed professional. Omnivity is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat or prevent any disease.

2.2 You make the decisions. We give you tools, information and suggestions; you decide whether and how to use them. You are responsible for your decisions about your food, training, body weight and health, and for how you use the Services. We do not examine you and we do not know everything about your health.

2.3 When to speak to a professional first. Talk to a doctor or other qualified professional before you change your diet or training, or before you rely on Omnivity, if any of the following applies to you: you are pregnant, may be pregnant, have recently given birth or are breastfeeding; you have a medical condition (for example heart, blood pressure, kidney, liver, thyroid or metabolic conditions, or diabetes); you take prescription medication; you have, or have had, an eating disorder; you are recovering from an injury or surgery; you are under 18 or an older adult starting a new program; or you are unsure whether a change is safe for you. Omnivity may remind you of this from time to time, but it is your responsibility to seek advice when you need it.

2.4 Listen to your body. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel chest pain, pressure or tightness, faintness or dizziness, severe shortness of breath, an irregular heartbeat, sudden severe pain, or any other worrying symptom. Pain that persists or gets worse should be checked by a professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, 112 in Türkiye and the EU, 999 or 112 in the UK). The Services are not monitored for emergencies.

2.5 Estimates can be wrong. Calorie, macro and water targets, energy expenditure, AI estimates from photos or descriptions, portion sizes, food database values and training loads are estimates based on the information available, general formulas and published research. Individual needs differ. Food data may contain errors, labels change and AI can misread a photo. Check values that matter to you, especially for allergies and intolerances. You can edit your targets and logs at any time.

2.6 Accurate information. Programs and targets depend on what you tell us (for example age, sex, height, weight, goals, injuries and pain). If the information is incomplete, out of date or wrong, the output may not suit you. Keep your information up to date.

2.7 Exercise involves risk. Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury and, rarely, serious harm. By choosing to follow a program, an exercise or a suggestion from the Services, you accept those inherent risks. Use proper technique, suitable equipment and a safe environment, and train within your limits.

2.8 No professional relationship. Using the Services does not create a doctor–patient, dietitian–client, therapist–client or any other professional relationship. Vita is an AI system, not a person and not a licensed professional.

2.9 Your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for any consequences of your choices about food, training and health, including choices you make after using the Services. This Section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law (see Section 18.3).

3. Who can use Omnivity

3.1 Minimum age. You must be at least: 13 in the United States and the United Kingdom; 14 in Türkiye; the age of digital consent in your country in the European Union or EEA (between 13 and 16; the app applies the correct age for your country); and 16 in any other country. If you are below the minimum age for your country, you may not use the Services.

3.2 Under 18. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live) and the law of your country requires a parent's or legal guardian's consent for you to accept these Terms (for example in Türkiye), you may use the Services only if your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms and to the processing described in the Health Data Consent; the app asks you to confirm this when you sign up. By giving that consent, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the minor's use, including any purchases. In other countries you may accept these Terms yourself once you reach the minimum age. Purchases by minors are also subject to the family and parental controls of the Apple App Store or Google Play, and where a US state requires an app store to obtain a parent's consent, we rely on the age and consent information the app store provides.

3.3 Children under 13. The Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that a child under 13 (or under the minimum age in their country) has an account, we will delete it and its data. Parents can contact privacy@getomnivity.com.

3.4 Age information. We ask for your date of birth to apply the right minimum age and the right formulas. In some places app stores may also share an age range with us; we use it only to apply age rules required by law.

3.5 Other conditions. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so by applicable law, including sanctions laws.

4. Your account

4.1 You can start using the app as a guest. To keep your data and use most features you need to create an account (for example with Google or email; other sign-in options may be added).

4.2 Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly at support@getomnivity.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to keep the Services secure.

4.3 An account is personal. Do not share it, sell it or create accounts for other people.

5. AI features

5.1 What they do. Some features use artificial intelligence ("AI"), including: estimating foods, portions and nutrients from a photo or a description; reading nutrition labels; translating food names; creating and adjusting training programs; and Vita, the AI coach. You will always be told when you are talking to Vita or seeing AI-generated content. Vita is an AI system, not a human.

5.2 How they work. AI features are powered by large language models provided by our AI provider (currently Anthropic). To produce an answer we send the relevant information (for example the photo, your note, or the profile and training information a program needs) to the provider, which processes it on our behalf. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent, where it goes and how long it is kept. Your data is not used by us or by our AI provider to train AI models.

5.3 AI can be wrong. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or not suitable for you, even when it sounds confident. Check AI output — including calorie and nutrient estimates and any factual statement — before relying on it, and use your own judgment. Estimates are marked as estimates, and you can review and correct them in your log at any time.

5.4 Using AI features responsibly. Do not upload photos of other people, identity documents or medical records, and do not enter other people's personal data. Do not try to make the AI produce harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or to get around its safeguards.

5.5 Reporting AI output. If an AI response is offensive, harmful or wrong, report it in the app (where available) or at support@getomnivity.com. We use reports to improve our safeguards.

5.6 Your outputs. Between you and us, you may use AI output generated for you for your own personal purposes. Similar output may be generated for other users.

6. Food and exercise information

6.1 Our food database combines public sources (for example USDA FoodData Central, Open Food Facts and official national food tables), values we calculate, AI estimates and contributions from users. Exercise information comes from our own curated library. Sources and licences are listed in Data sources and licences.

6.2 We work to keep this information accurate and we label estimates, but we cannot guarantee that every entry is complete or correct. Values for packaged foods can differ from the product you have. Always check the label for allergens.

7. Your content and contributions

7.1 Your content. "Your content" means what you enter or upload: logs, notes, photos, measurements, messages to Vita, custom foods, recipes and other material. You keep ownership of your content.

7.2 Licence to run the Services. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Services for you and to comply with law. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain for a limited time in backups.

7.3 Contributions to the shared food database. Some features let you add a packaged product (for example from its label) or a restaurant menu item to the shared database so that other users can find it. Such contributions are visible to other users without your name; restaurant items are visible to users in the country you added them for. Enter only the nutrition values shown on the product or published by the restaurant; do not copy photos, descriptions or other content. Other users can confirm an entry or report it as wrong or inappropriate, and a rights holder can ask us to remove it; we may hide or remove an entry after a report or our own check, and we hide it at once when its rights holder asks. For these contributions you give us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, copy, adapt, publish and distribute them as part of the database. If you delete your account, the product data stays in the database but is no longer linked to you.

7.4 Corrections. When you correct nutrition values, we may use the corrected values, without your identity, to improve shared food data. Your private custom foods and recipes are never shown to other users.

7.5 Your promises. You confirm that you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law. Product information you add should be accurate.

7.6 Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) break the law or help anyone else do so; (b) submit false, misleading, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or harmful content; (c) upload malware or interfere with the Services, their security or other users; (d) scrape, copy or extract the food or exercise database or other content in bulk, or use the Services to build a competing product or train AI models; (e) reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it; (f) access the Services by automated means or bypass any limits; (g) impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation; (h) use the Services to promote eating disorders, self-harm or dangerous practices; or (i) use the Services for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

9. Reporting content, moderation and our point of contact

9.1 Reporting. You can report content you think is illegal or breaks these Terms (for example a product entry in the shared database or an AI response) in the app where available or at legal@getomnivity.com. Tell us what the content is, where it is, why you think it is illegal or breaks these Terms, and your name and email (unless you are reporting certain child-protection offences).

9.2 What we do. We review reports diligently and objectively, using automated checks and human review. We may remove or restrict content, hide database entries that fail our quality checks, or suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. If we restrict your content or account, we will tell you why (unless the law prevents us) and you can reply to contest the decision; we will review it again. You may also use any remedies available to you under law.

9.3 Point of contact. For authorities and users, our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act is legal@getomnivity.com. We can communicate in English and Turkish.

10. Subscriptions, free trials and payments

10.1 Free and paid features. Some features are free and some require a paid subscription. The features, price, billing period and trial (if any) are shown before you buy.

10.2 Buying through Apple or Google. Subscriptions bought in the app are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase or, for a free trial, when the trial ends.

10.3 Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and you will be charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app or your Omnivity account does not cancel a subscription.

10.4 Free trials. If you start a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.

10.5 Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. You will be notified in advance as required by law and by the store, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

10.6 Refunds. Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by the store under its refund policies; we cannot issue them directly. This does not affect any refund or withdrawal rights you have by law.

10.7 Withdrawal rights. European Union, EEA and UK consumers: you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days; for purchases through Apple or Google, the store's terms explain how this works for digital content and services. Türkiye: because the subscription is a service performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has started, in line with Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği); you can still cancel renewal at any time.

10.8 Taxes. Prices may include taxes as shown by the store.

10.9 Free Premium time, invitations and gifts. We may give Premium access free of charge for a period, for example to people who test the app before release, to a user who invites a friend and to the friend who joins with that user's invitation code, to users who complete a challenge, or to users who answer an in-app survey. Rewards never depend on what you say in a survey or on rating or reviewing the app. Challenges have their own short rules, shown in the app before you join; Apple and Google are not sponsors of them. Free time is added to your Omnivity account for the dates shown in the app; it is not a store subscription, so it does not renew and cannot be cancelled or refunded through Apple or Google. If you also have a paid subscription, free time does not pause or extend that subscription or change its renewal date. Free time has no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for anything else, and you may not offer it for sale or advertise it as a prize. Invitation rewards are given only when the conditions shown in the app are met (for example when the invited person completes a first workout or logs food on three different days), once per invited person, up to the limits shown in the app, and only for people who are new to Omnivity. We may change, pause or end an invitation or gift programme at any time; free time already added keeps its end date. We may withhold or cancel free time obtained through abuse, such as inviting yourself, duplicate or automated accounts, or misleading promotion of your code.

11. Apple and Google

11.1 Apple App Store. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: (a) these Terms are between you and OmniGrowth only, not Apple, and OmniGrowth, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content; (b) your licence to use the app is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms; (c) OmniGrowth is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app, and Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services; (d) OmniGrowth is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed; if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are OmniGrowth's sole responsibility; (e) OmniGrowth, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation, including in connection with the app's use of the HealthKit framework; (f) OmniGrowth, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights; (g) you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; (h) you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app; and (i) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Questions, complaints or claims about the app should be sent to OmniGrowth using the contact details in Section 1.

11.2 Google Play. If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google's terms also apply to your use of Google Play. Google is not responsible for the app.

12. Health platforms and third-party services

12.1 If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, Omnivity reads and writes the data types you allow on your phone's permission screen. You can change these permissions at any time in your phone's settings. We use this data only to provide the Services, never for advertising, and we never sell it.

12.2 The Services may link to or work with third-party services (for example sign-in with Google). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

13. Our rights in the Services

13.1 The Services, including the app, software, design, text, the exercise library, our curated and calculated food data, the Omnivity and Vita names and logos, are owned by OmniGrowth or its licensors and protected by law. Third-party data is used under its own licence (see Section 6).

13.2 We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

14. Privacy

How we collect, use, share and protect personal data, including health data, and the rights you have, are explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your health data for advertising.

15. Changes to the Services and to these Terms

15.1 The Services. We continually improve the Services and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a material part of a paid feature during a period you have paid for, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law.

15.2 These Terms. We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, the law or our business. For material changes we will give you reasonable advance notice in the app or by email (usually at least 30 days, unless the change is required by law or for safety or security, when it may apply sooner). If you do not agree, you can stop using the Services and delete your account before the change takes effect; if you continue to use the Services after that date, the updated Terms apply. Changes do not apply retroactively to disputes we already know about.

16. Ending your use of the Services

16.1 You. You can stop using the Services at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing privacy@getomnivity.com. Remember to cancel any subscription in your store account.

16.2 Us. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect users or the Services from harm. Where reasonable we will warn you first and explain why. We may also end the Services entirely with reasonable advance notice; if we do, we will tell you how to export your data.

16.3 What survives. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example Sections 2, 7.3, 13, 17–20 and 22) continue after the contract ends.

17. Disclaimers

17.1 We provide the Services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, always accurate or suited to your particular needs or goals, or that following a program or target will produce a particular result.

17.2 Consumers keep their legal rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract, including statutory guarantees for digital content and services in the EU, the UK and Türkiye.

18. Limitation of liability

18.1 Indirect losses. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

18.2 Cap. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) US$100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

18.3 What we do not limit. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or, for consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Türkiye, any other liability that consumer law does not allow us to exclude. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of Sections 17 and 18 may not apply to you.

19. Indemnity

If you live in the United States or another country where this is permitted, you agree to indemnify OmniGrowth against third-party claims and related reasonable costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms or your breach of law, except to the extent caused by our own fault. This Section does not apply to consumers in the EU, EEA, UK or Türkiye.

20. Governing law and disputes

Informal resolution first. Most problems can be solved quickly. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at legal@getomnivity.com with your name, your account email, a description of the problem and what you want, and give us 60 days to try to resolve it. Except as set out in Section 20.1, this does not limit your right to bring proceedings or to complain to a consumer or data protection authority.

20.1 If you live in the United States — Arbitration Agreement

(a) Agreement to arbitrate. You and OmniGrowth agree to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms ("Dispute") by binding individual arbitration, instead of in court, except as stated in (c). This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

(b) Rules and procedure. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, where they apply, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, in effect when the arbitration is filed (available at adr.org). The arbitration will take place by video or telephone, by written submissions, or in person in the county where you live. Payment of filing and arbitrator fees will follow the AAA rules; we will pay any amount the rules require the business to pay. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award.

(c) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and stays there. Either party may seek a court order to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Claims for public injunctive relief that cannot be waived under applicable law may be brought in court after the individual claims are arbitrated, and will be stayed until then.

(d) Class action and jury waiver. You and OmniGrowth may bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding, and each waives any right to a jury trial. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be decided in court, after any individual claims are arbitrated.

(e) Mass filings. If 25 or more similar Disputes are brought against OmniGrowth (or by OmniGrowth) by or with the help of the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply. In addition, the claims will be handled in stages: 10 cases (5 chosen by each side) will be filed and resolved first, after which the parties will engage in a global mediation in good faith before any remaining cases are filed, in batches of up to 50. Limitation periods for the remaining claims are paused during this process. A court may enforce this subsection.

(f) Who decides. The arbitrator decides all questions about the interpretation, scope and enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except that a court decides questions about subsections (c), (d) and (e).

(g) 30-day right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@getomnivity.com, with the subject "Arbitration opt-out", your name and your account email, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

(h) Changes. If we change this Section 20.1, the change will not apply to Disputes we already know about, and you may reject it by emailing us within 30 days of the change, in which case the previous version applies.

(i) Governing law and venue. For US users, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of protections of the laws of the state where you live that cannot be waived. Any Dispute not subject to arbitration will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless it is brought in small claims court where you live.

20.2 If you live in Türkiye

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes below the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, you must apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti); above those limits, you must first apply to mediation (Article 73/A of Law No. 6502) and may then bring proceedings before the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi). You may apply where you live or where the transaction took place.

20.3 If you live in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and we may bring proceedings against you only there.

20.4 If you live anywhere else

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes will be decided by the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.

21. Region-specific terms

21.1 California. Under California Civil Code §1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

21.2 New Jersey. If you live in New Jersey, Sections 17 (Disclaimers), 18 (Limitation of liability) and 19 (Indemnity) apply only to the extent permitted by New Jersey law, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act.

21.3 Other US states. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those states, those exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent the law allows.

21.4 EU, EEA and UK consumers. You have statutory rights for digital content and digital services, including the right to content and services that conform to the contract and to necessary updates. These Terms do not limit those rights.

21.5 Türkiye. The Turkish version of these Terms (Kullanım Koşulları) is the binding version for users in Türkiye. For Turkish consumers, any term that is unfair under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection or the Turkish Code of Obligations does not apply.

22. General

22.1 Entire agreement. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. Your consents and our privacy notices (Section 1.4) are separate from this agreement.

22.2 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another company, for example in a merger or sale of the business, if your rights as a consumer are not reduced.

22.3 Severability and waiver. If a court finds part of these Terms invalid, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up.

22.4 Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

22.5 Notices. We may contact you in the app or by the email linked to your account. You can contact us at the addresses in Section 1.2.

22.6 Language. These Terms are available in English and Turkish. For users in Türkiye, the Turkish version prevails; for everyone else, the English version prevails.

22.7 Export and sanctions. You must comply with export control and sanctions laws that apply to your use of the Services.
