Omnivity Health Data Consent
Version 1.0 · 31 October 2026
This is the consent you give when you tick "I consent to Omnivity processing my health data" while creating your account. It is separate from the Terms of Service. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
What you agree to
I consent to OmniGrowth OÜ (Estonia), the provider of Omnivity, processing my health data to provide the features of Omnivity that I use, as described below.
1. Which data. Information about my body, health and habits that I enter or connect, including:
- height, weight, goal weight, body fat percentage if I enter it, age and sex;
- the foods, meals, water and nutrients I log, my diet style and notes, and photos or descriptions of meals and nutrition labels with any notes I add;
- my workouts and training preferences;
- injury or pain areas, how they affect me, any notes I add, pain reports and muscle-soreness check-ins;
- the optional allergy, health condition and medication fields in my profile, if I fill them in;
- if I connect Apple Health or Health Connect, the data types I allow there (for example steps, energy burned, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, weight, body fat, workouts and, if I ask for an import, the daily nutrition totals other apps wrote there), and writing my meals and workouts to Apple Health;
- anything I tell Vita, the AI coach, about my health, when this feature is available to me.
2. For what. To calculate and update my calorie, macro and water targets; to create and adapt my training programs (including around my injury or pain areas); to estimate foods and nutrients from photos or descriptions; to let me log, see and track my progress; and to provide coaching through Vita. My health data will not be used for advertising or marketing and will not be sold.
3. AI processing in the United States. For AI features, the necessary data (for example a meal photo, or the profile, training and injury information a program needs) is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, which processes it on our behalf in the United States, deletes it within 30 days (unless it is flagged for a safety review) and does not use it to train its models.
4. Who else processes it. Our hosting providers Google (Firebase and Google Cloud; EU database, servers in Belgium) and Supabase (food database, Germany) store and process it on our behalf. Transfers outside the EU and Türkiye are protected by the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
5. How long. Until I delete my account or withdraw this consent; then it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Withdrawing consent. I can withdraw this consent at any time in Settings → Privacy or by emailing privacy@getomnivity.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before. Because Omnivity's features depend on health data, if I withdraw consent Omnivity will stop processing my health data and close my account, after giving me the chance to keep a copy of my data.
7. If I am under 18 and the law of my country requires it. My parent or legal guardian has read this consent and agrees to it on my behalf.
